ABOUT
You & ME
If you're reading this, I'm guessing you're the kind of woman people turn to.
Smart. Grounded. The one who always figures it out.
You've built a career that proves it—led teams, solved the impossible problems, held it together when everyone else got to fall apart.
And on paper? It all still works.
But if you're honest... something inside is quietly whispering: "This isn't it anymore."
Not because you're confused. Not because you're ungrateful.
But because you've outgrown the version of yourself that once made perfect sense.
You're not lost. You're just exhausted from performing a role that no longer fits.
And maybe—for the first time in a long time—you don't want to figure it out alone.

I know that place because
I lived there too

But in my body? It still didn't feel right.
And God kept whispering: "You don't belong here anymore."
But I didn't want to listen. So I negotiated. I spiritualized my delay. I asked for another sign. I kept trying to make peace with what no longer fit.
Until my body said no. Until my soul stopped cooperating. Until staying felt heavier than leaving.
So in 2024, I walked away—not in rebellion, but in surrender. Not because I was confused, but because I was finally honest.
I left on good terms. The door's still open. But I knew: I couldn't keep building a life around who I used to be.
Where I’ve Been (And What I Chose Instead)
Before coaching, I spent over a decade leading strategic initiatives and
cross-functional projects in oil and gas.
I worked with organizations like TC Energy, Enbridge, TransMountain,
Athabasca Oil Corp, Maxxam Analytics, and Tervita Corporation
earning certifications, promotions, and trust along the way.
I was still succeeding.
But I chose to leave—not because I had to, but because I couldn’t keep
building a life that no longer felt like mine.

What Guides My Work
This work isn't just what I do—it's who I am. These values shape how I show up:
Peace-Led Clarity - The right next move comes from peace, not pressure. I help you clear the noise so you can make decisions that feel true in your body, not just smart on paper.
Self-Trust - You know how to perform, but you've forgotten how to hear your own voice. I help you reconnect with that inner knowing—and finally trust it.
Quiet Brilliance - Not every leader is loud. Not every breakthrough is flashy. I coach from softness and strength—because depth doesn't need volume to be powerful.
Soulful Strategy - Structure should serve your spirit, not silence it. I help you pair inner alignment with intentional action.
Integrity of Identity - I help you release the pressure to keep performing outdated versions of success and build something that feels like home now.
If You're Standing at That Same Threshold
Maybe you've outgrown your career too, but can't quite explain why.
You've made all the smart moves. Optimized your role. Talked to mentors. Updated your resume.
But nothing feels like a full-body yes.
You're not doing anything wrong. You're just using an outdated compass to decide what's next.
You're not confused—you're evolving. But if your decision-making is still rooted in who you used to be,
every move will feel slightly off.
How I Help (The Sure Path™)
I don't coach from a script. I don't promise clarity in a day.
And I don't believe you need to be fixed.
This isn't about rebranding your resume.
It's about rebuilding your relationship with your truth.
What
Clients Say
My clients describe me as honest, intuitive, and grounded. They say I ask the questions
no one else does—but in a way that feels safe.
What Becomes Possible
This wasn’t just about finding the right role.
It was about showing up for myself.
About accepting who I am—fully.
About finally telling the truth I had buried under what looked “right.”
It was about moving in alignment with who I’ve actually become—
not who I used to be,
and not who others needed me to be.
I sleep through the night now. Not because I fixed my schedule,
but because I finally stopped living in tension.
I can travel when I want to. I'm not negotiating with burnout or waiting for permission.
I cook real meals. Take walks in peace. Laugh more.
I spend time with God—not just to survive the day, but to savor the life He's given me.
I'm finally living the life I used to postpone in the name of "responsibility."
And the best part? I don't feel like I'm proving anything anymore.
I just get to show up as me—and it's working.
This is what alignment feels like. Not a perfect plan.
